Will there be a shipping confirmation once the order is placed?
We will update you with a tracking number through email approximately 2-7 days after you place your order.
I ordered multiple items, why did I only receive one?
We have multiple manufacturing sites, some of which only focus on creating specific items. Due to this, it is possible that you may receive an item separately from the rest of your ordered products. Please rest assured if all items from your order do not arrive at once, the rest of your order is on its way!
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately due to the epidemic there are some countries which we are unable to ship to. If you have any queries please contact us and we will happy to sort out shipping arrangements to the best of our ability.

How do you ensure the quality of your product?
We have a dedicated sourcing team that works directly with manufacturers abroad. We test everything before we send it to you.
How to order?
- Go to the item page of the product that you would like to order.
- Select the quantity of items that you would like to order and click “Add to Cart”
- Click "Check Out" in the pop up window.
- In the new page, please fill in your information (Email, Name, Shipping address) and then click "Continue to Shipping Method"
- Click "Continue to payment method" on the next screen
- Then fill in your credit card information and click "complete order" to finish the transaction.
